How long Rppl keeps your data

This schedule is public — no account or sign-in needed. It is the same schedule the platform enforces and serves via retention.schedule.

Rppl never sells, leases, trades, or otherwise profits from your voiceprint or any biometric data. It never leaves the matching pipeline, and advertisers never touch it.

Voiceprint (Communication Style Head)Biometric

Consent
Requires your written consent before any collection (Illinois BIPA).
Kept for
Voiceprint data (the Communication Style Head learned from your voice) is kept until you revoke consent, delete your account, or 3 years after your last interaction with Rppl — whichever comes first.
Deleted when
Revoking voiceprint consent disables the Style Head and clears its vectors immediately; account deletion erases them; nothing is kept past the 3-year maximum.
Outer bound
3 years after your last interaction, at most.

Voice Note audio

Kept for
Hot storage for 90 days, then warm archive.
Deleted when
On your per-note deletion request (audio, transcript, and derived data together) or account deletion.

Voice transcripts

Kept for
While your account is active.
Deleted when
With the Voice Note they came from, on request, or on account deletion.

Twin Head embeddings (including the voiceprint Style Head)

Kept for
Until the data they were learned from is deleted or the consent behind them is revoked.
Deleted when
Invalidated immediately when source data is deleted or consent is revoked, then regenerated from what remains.

Match-scoring training logs

Kept for
As a pseudonymized training asset.
Deleted when
Pseudonymized on account deletion; fully deleted on your request.

AI Wrapper chats

Kept for
While your account is active.
Deleted when
Per-chat deletion removes the chat, its messages, and the Twin signals it created; account deletion removes them all.

Everything else you generate

Kept for
While your account is active.
Deleted when
An erasure request truly deletes raw and derived data, then your Twin regenerates from whatever you consent to next.
